
This policy statement defines our quality systems and assigns the responsibilities and proced
ures for implementing and maintaining the quality standards throughout the company.
Arthome textile Limited, are firmly committed to a system of material and process controls which
assures the qualityof our products to our customers. Our aim is to satisfy our customers by resp
onding accurately, quickly and politely to every enquiry and order and toproduce our products to heir required specification and dispatch tproduce our products to their required specification and dispatch them on ti
me in a secure and acceptable manner.
Our policy is to provide our customers with satisfactory products and service through which they will perceive us to
be good and reliable company on whom they can rely.
The Quality Control Manager has overall responsibility for the implementation and coordination of the system and
procedures as detailed in the Quality Manual. Frequent appraisals of the quality system are carried out to ensure
its effectiveness and to incorporate any amendments that may be deemed necessary. Effective communications will
be maintained with all levels of the company’s personnel to keep them informed of their roles within the quality system
and all personnel will be required to co-operate fully in the implementation of the quality system.
The issuing of quality system manuals and the implementation of the procedures defined there in are fully approved by
the undersigned and are to be adhered to by all concerned.
